Here's our guarantee to you, in plain English:
- Try ADD Planner for 90 days - if you're not completely satisfied, for any reason at all,
we'll refund your money, minus shipping costs if you purchased a CD.
- No hassles! This means that we process refunds as quickly as we can, and we
won't make you jump through any hoops. We probably will ask why you aren't
satisfied and what we can do better in the future. If you've bought a CD and we're still shipping the same
version, we'll ask you to send it back to us.
- If you decide that ADD Planner isn't right for you (of course we hope you won't, but no
product is right for everyone), please email support@addplanner.com with the following information:
- Your name, or the name of the person who purchased ADD Planner
- The approximate date ADD Planner was purchased
- A phone number where we can reach you if we need your help finding the order or
processing the refund
- We'll process your refund request within two business days. If you haven't gotten a reply,
please send us another email or contact us by US mail or phone. (See the "Contact Us" page for
contact info). Frustratingly enough, email sometimes doesn't go through or takes longer to be
delivered than you'd expect. So if we haven't replied we either may have already processed the
refund or we didn't receive your request.
- The vast majority of the time we process a refund by crediting the card used to purchase
ADD Planner. The one time this isn't possible is if the card has expired between the time
of the purchase and the time you ask for a refund. How we usually handle this is to mail
you a check, but we will try our best to contact you first to make sure you don't have
another preference, like PayPal.
What it all boils down to is this - we want to see you happy with your interactions with
us. If ADD Planner isn't the planning tool you need, we have other products you might
find are just right for you or your family. But you'd never consider our products in the
future (and you shouldn't!) if you have to fight us for a refund.
