Privacy Policy

1. We HATE spam! We hate it so much that we send the spam we get in our office to a colleague whose hobby is shutting down spam operations, and our company policy is to not do business with anyone who sends us spam email. We will never give out your email or other personal information to a third party!
2. We respect your privacy. We will communicate with you via email or telephone only with your permission, or to clear up questions about an order or a return. You may opt out of further communication from us at any time.
3. We use graphics in our HTML email so we can show you screen shots and other useful information. We do NOT use the graphics to track who's viewing the email; however, we do track the aggregate of our total bandwidth usage.
4. We use a piece of javascript on our pages that lets us do what's called "click path analysis", and helps us track usage patterns so we can make our website easier to use. We don't know of a way to opt-out of this usage tracking, but we don't keep the information we collect except in aggregate form to look at website usage.
