Registering ADD Planner

This page explains how to register your copy of ADD Planner. You need to register the software before you can use it.

Before You Start

ADD Planner registration is normally done online at the ADDPlanner.com website. Therefore, your computer needs to be connected to the Internet when you are ready to register the software. If you do not have an Internet account at the location where your computer resides, you need to contact us. We strongly recommend getting an account with an Internet Service Provider (ISP) so that you can access support, updates, news, and the ADD Planner forums on our site.

How to Register ADD Planner

  1. When you start up an unregistered copy of ADD Planner, you will see a popup with the message "Your copy of ADD Planner must be registered before it can be used - register now?"

  2. Click Yes to display the Please Register ADD Planner dialog. It has two fields for Name and Serial Number, then a large button labeled "=>Click Here<= to get registration code from ADD Planner website" and a field for Registration Code. Don't fill in the Name or Serial Number fields yet; hit the "=>Click Here<= to get registration code from ADD Planner website" button first.

  3. When you hit the "Get registration code" button, the program opens a browser window that points to the ADD Planner registration page.

  4. Fill in the fields. Use the serial number in your confirmation email. (There is also a serial number on the back of the ADD Planner CD case which you can use.) The information you enter on this page is used to generate your unique registration code.

  5. Click the "Submit Query" button and the screen will display the Name, Serial Number, and Registration Code you will enter in the "Please Register ADD Planner" dialog shown in step 2.

  6. Copy your name from this page and paste it in the Name: field in the "Please Register ADD Planner" dialog. Do the same with the Serial Number and Registration Code fields. It will look something like this:

    Note: Be careful to copy only the Name, Serial Code, and Registration Code text and not include any leading or trailing spaces. Having an extra space can cause the registration to be rejected by the program.

  7. Click OK to complete registration and activate ADD Planner. You will see a thank-you popup:

  8. Click OK and ADD Planner will open.
